AI Fairness & Responsible Use Policy

At Intake Eval, we are committed to responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence in candidate assessment software.
1. Purpose
This policy explains how AI is used within Intake Eval and outlines safeguards against bias and misuse.
2. How AI Is Used
AI is used to:
- Analyze resumes
- Generate job simulations
- Evaluate candidate performance
- Provide assessment insights
3. Human Oversight
AI outputs are assistive only. Final employment decisions remain the responsibility of the employer.
4. Bias Mitigation
We take steps to reduce bias by:
- Avoiding protected attributes (race, gender, religion, etc.)
- Designing role-based evaluation criteria

5. Limitations
AI systems:
