Intake Eval does not provide consulting, staffing, recruiting, legal, or hiring advice, and does not make employment decisions on behalf of customers.

The Service is intended for business and professional use only.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
Interfere with system integrity or security
Use the platform to discriminate unlawfully against candidates

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using Intake Eval agree:

To use results as one factor in their internal review process
Not to rely solely on AI-generated evaluations
To comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws
To obtain necessary consent from candidates before testing
To remain solely responsible for candidate selection, interviews, hiring outcomes, and all employment-related decisions

6. Candidate Acknowledgment

By participating in a simulation, candidates acknowledge:

Their performance may be recorded and analyzed
Results will be shared with the employer who invited them
AI may be used to evaluate responses and behavior

7. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and evaluations.

AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete
Intake Eval does not provide hiring advice or guarantee employment outcomes
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating results

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content, software, and technology provided by Intake Eval are owned by or licensed to us.

8.2 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the platform
Use our system to build competing products

9. User Data and Content

9.1 Ownership

Users retain ownership of their data
You grant Intake Eval a limited license to process and use data to provide the Service

9.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and use all data submitted.

10. Payment and Billing
